  Alinton Alvarado (Alvarados Painting) provided services for our house in Belmont. Alinton’s communication skills and planning was exemplary. With the help of a stone mason a cement part of a pool repaired; then he painted it very carefully and with great results. Alinton also provided clearing and painting trellis area of our house, first removing overgrown vines better than any previous contractor. Alinton was thoughtful and careful also providing top of line results. Then painting of a front door step was exemplary, using his special skill in a spraying layers with the correct preparation first with oil and alcohol. Overall, I can recommend Alinton and his team to the highest degree. He is very skillful, reliable. Alinton paintint also provided cost estimates and completion with final inspection in a very professional manner.
